Financing & Payment Options

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

In House Payment Plans

Many clients do not want to apply for another line of credit such as Wells Fargo, Care Credit, or Scratchpay, or feel they would not be accepted by these programs. To help meet the needs of these pet owners, we now have our own interest-free payment plan for qualified pet owners. To qualify, a pet owner must fill out a credit questionnaire. The in-house payment plan does require a 30% deposit to get started. Once qualified, monthly payments are automatically deducted from your banking account or credit card. There are certain restrictions and some fees may apply. Ask a staff member for more details.

Third Party Payment Plans

In addition to our In House Payment plan, we also offer third-party payment plans. We currently use Wells Fargo Health Advantage, Care Credit, and Scratchpay. These programs offer deferred interest payment plans, and unlike our In-House Payment Plan, there is no upfront costs to use these programs. However, these Third Party Payment Plans do charge an APR. Ask a staff member for more details.
