A canine event to fight Cancer

The American Cancer Society Bark For Life is a fundraising event honoring the life-long
contributions of our Canine Caregivers. Bark presents an opportunity for people to be
empowered through their canine companion partnerships and to contribute to cancer
cures through the mission of the American Cancer Society.
What happens at Bark For Life of Pima County?
Bark For Life is a community event for people to walk with their dogs to honor the care giving qualities of their canine “Best Friends” and cancer survivors.

Early registration fee is $10 for participant and tail wagger.
Day of event registration is $15 for participant and canine.
Registration fee includes Bark For Life bandana for your canine.
There is a $5 fee for each additional dog. A maximum of two dogs per person.

Family friendly evening of theatrical musical comedy with The Two Amigos! The evening is a fundraiser for Savethesaveable.com, a marketing campaign of No Kill Pima County, to bring public attention to cats and dogs at risk in the county shelter. Theater tickets are $22 and raffle tickets are available for very special prizes! Tickets can be purchased at www.savethesaveable.eventbrite.com
Proceeds fund the Campaign to Save the Saveable Pets at Pima Animal Care Center.

Gabriel’s Angels hosts their annual Unleash the Love Breakfast event as a means to generate awareness about the organization and its mission, as well as generate capital to facilitate its programs and show appreciation for those committed to helping our community. Through testimonials, stories, and a vivid video presentations, attendees will get a clear picture of the work Gabriel’s Angels does in the community. Community leaders and Gabriel’s Angels’ volunteers educate and inspire guests to get involved. There are also Pet Therapy Teams in attendance, allowing guests to meet those at the frontline providing healing Pet Therapy to at-risk kids.
Funds raised from the Unleash the Love Fundraising Breakfast provide Gabriel’s Angels the following:
